I am sure that people travel southern California for many reasons since it has a lot to offer tourists. I intend to travel southern California myself at some point, but not because of the great weather or the beaches. When I travel southern California it will be because I am curious to see some of the haunted locations I have heard about. For instance I would travel southern California just to see the ocean liner RMS Queen Mary, which is now permanently docked at Long Beach. Rumor has it that the RMS Queen Mary is the most haunted location in the state of California. People report having heard strange banging noises and disembodied voices. Others claim to have seen orbs and objects moving of their own accord. There are, of course, other purportedly haunted locations that I would like to visit when I travel southern California. I’d very much like to see the Whaley House in San Diego and the Hollywood Memorial Park Cemetery. Of course I won’t spend the entire time seeking out paranormal experiences. I will also spend some of the time visiting beaches, eating in restaurants, shopping and seeing other renowned places.
